SecretosMayas UK LTD are the official importers, representatives, and distributors of the SecretosMayas range of sauces in the UK.
 SecretosMayas UK Director Nick Bell and his Mexican wife Elizabeth have long established family connections with the Mexican growers and producers of these gourmet sauces and salsa.
SecretosMayas Mexico are Mexican horticulturists, farmers, and gourmet cooks who grow organic chilli Habanero on their own plantations in Quintana Roo, Riviera Maya, in the eastern Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico, where they produce their own totally unique range of sauces and salsas using (secret) traditional Mayan methods and recipes.
All SecretosMayas sauces and salsas are 100% natural, and free from any chemical additives.
The unique flavour of SecretosMayas sauces lies in the traditional Mayan methods of smoking the Habanero pepppers in underground wooden ovens near to the chilli plantations. This is a fascinating but slow process which is key to the unrivalled flavour.
Modern methods of production may undoubtly be faster, but none can compare with the rich and natural flavours of the SecretosMayas salsas.
The range currently available in the UK comprises of three flavours, and two sizes of bottle.
The flavours are Hot smoked Habanero, Mild smoked Habanero, and Green Habanero unsmoked.
The sizes of the bottles are 230ml and 120ml. In addition the three flavours are available in a gift set presentation comprising 3x 120ml bottles.
All SecretosMayas products not only meet, but exceed International requirements for Health, Quality, Consistency, Packaging, and Labelling.
Due to the continued success of these salsas in Mexico and the US SecretosMayas have chosen World Food Market 2007 to officially launch their range to the UK. Nick Bell and his Mexican wife Elizabeth will be joined by Mexican Director Guillermo Lotz for you to taste, look and discuss the SecretosMayas range first hand. A taste experience not to be missed!
In addition to the range of sauces and salsa SecretosMayas will also be introducing two new products at WFM 07, a real "bakers quality" pure and natural Vanilla essence, and an authentic Mayan style Habanero chilli oil.
The labelling and bottle sizes of these are complimentary to the sauces and salsas.
